If you have booked to attend a class and wish to cancel your attendance, you must seek cancellation through the online booking system up to 3 hours prior to the scheduled commencement time for the class. Free the Coconut will not accept cancellations by phone, e-mail, social media or any other method other than by using the online booking system; Mindbody.
Any cancellations after the 3 hour mark will be considered a Late Cancel. If you do not cancel your class and you do not attend, you will be considered a No Show. This includes classes you are added into from the waitlist.
Early cancel ($0): If you can no longer make your class, cancel your booking at least 3 hours before the class start time. You won’t forfeit the session or pay a fee.
Late cancel ($10): If you cancel within 3 hours of the class start time, you will forfeit the session, and be charged a one-off cancellation fee of $10.
No-show ($10): If you don’t cancel your class prior to the class start time and do not attend, you will forfeit your session and be charged a one-off cancellation fee of $10.
Cancellation fees will be applied every 7 days.
By booking online you are agreeing to the late cancellation and no show policy.
-
When you receive a text message notifying you that you have been bumped up from a waitlist, it automatically adds you to the class.
When you respond 'N' within 3 hours of the class starting, this is still considered a "late-cancel" ($10 fee).
When there is no response to the waitlist text message and you don't attend the class, this is considered a "no-show" ($10 fee).
We suggest that by placing yourself on a waitlist, this should be considered as a normal booking and to anticipate being in the class as waitlists tend to move quite quickly.
So, removing yourself from a waitlist the night before if you know you're unable to attend the session can help avoid unwanted fees, and can help maximise the opportunity for other clients to attend the class. Avoid placing yourself on multiple waitlists.
