REFORMER FLOW

  • Our signature reformer class. This class is designed to make you feel balanced and well rounded: we flow seamlessly from movement to movement, it’s a little hot and heavy while also being a little slow and stretchy. Expect lots of layers, giving you the option to dial the intensity up or down. For when you feel like moving but also want to be able to walk the next day!

  • This class is designed for the new mums. You're welcome to bring bubs along with you to this postnal reformer pilates flow class designed to help you ease back into movement post bubs.

  • - Clearance from your health care provider that movement is safe to resume.

    - We suggest bubs should be pre crawling stage. 

REFORMER ENERGISE

  • Elevate your heart rate and energise your body with our up beat engergise class. This class will get the endorphins flowing and push your limits. Expect to sweat, shake and feel muscles you didn’t know existed in this spicy class. We suggest starting with our reformer flow class if you are new to reformer.

  • - those with reformer pilates experience. We suggest a minimum of 10 reformer flow classes before trying this class.

YOGA FLOW

Your daily dose of connection

  • Our Yoga Flow classes are a dynamic flowing practise drawing from Vinyasa Flow foundations. This class is suitable for those with some yoga experience. Expect a challenging class which offers progressions to meet you where your practise is at. More than a physical practise we infuse our classes with breath-work and mediation to have you feeling lighter when you leave.

YIN YOGA

Your daily dose of restore

  • A restorative practise designed to drop you in to your parasympathetic nervous system, your rest and digest function. Poses are held anywhere between 3- 5 minutes utilising a variety of props for ultimate support. Designed to balance our busy lifestyles and have you leave feeling lighter physically and mentally.

YOGA MELLOW

  • Designed for students new to yoga. A slower practise with longer holds and an emphasis on alignment and breath. During this class we break down the foundations of each shape and develop strength. While this class is designed for beginners, it is still perfect for experienced yogis on days when you feel like moving a little slower.

VIN YIN YOGA

  • The perfect balance of Yin and Yang. This class starts with a flowing vinyasa style practise to warm up the body, while the second half of the class is dedicated to beautiful restorative yin holds. Guaranteed to have you leave feeling restored and balanced.

PILATES FLOW

  • Our take on a traditional Pilates mat class. Perfect for students new to Pilates with more focus on alignment, body awareness and Pilates foundations. Expect flow and stretching elements infused through this class, along with our personal fav....savasana. While this class is perfect for beginners, you can still be sure to be challenged with progressions given.

cardio barre

  • Building from our Pilates Barre class, Cardio Barre is a 45 mins full body workout that integrates bursts of cardio to build strength and endurance. Work at a high intensity or modify to suit your fitness level. Either way, expect to work up a sweat and finish with a post-workout endorphin rush.

  • We suggest starting with a Pilates Barre class.

PILATES barre

  • Expect a flowing and dynamic full-body workout that focuses on form, alignment and control. Our Barre classes are designed to build heat and increase cardiovascular fitness. We pump up tunes and use a variety of props. Expect some burning, a bit of shaking and a whole lot of FUN in this 45 minute class.

  • We suggest starting with a Pilates Flow class to master those Pilates foundations before moving to barre.

  • The ultimate feel good class! This class is guaranteed to get the happy endorphins flowing. We move, groove and sweat to a banging playlist of new and old school classics and finish with a juicy pilates core sequence.
